July School holidays are coming up and we have a fantastic line up of fun FREE activities for tamariki to enjoy. We are bringing back some regular favourites like lego, cooking and arts, while adding some new activities like our Zootopia movie day, and mini-golf courtesy of our friends at Number 10 Youth One Stop Shop.
We are also excited to announce our monthly Community Cuppa at The Pantry has expanded to now include a Justice of the Peace (JP). A JP can be a witness to your signature on a document, certify copies of documents, or complete statutory declarations.
Come along on Tuesday 9 July at 12.30pm to meet Danielle and Doug from Invercargill City Council, Simon from NZ Police and Craig from the Southland Association of Justices of the Peace.
Our Meet the Funders event is also coming up again on Saturday 27 July at the Pacific Island Advisory Cultural Trust on Bowmont Street. We will have lots of local funders available for anyone wanting to ask questions about what funding might be available for their project or initiative and how to go about making an application. Massive thanks to all of the funders coming along to the event and to the Pacific Island Advisory Cultural Trust for allowing us to use their wonderful space.
