Conditions of Entry – Please read carefully

1 – Entry Forms & Schedule will be available at South Alive, The Pantry, Diacks and at the venue on Friday 4 October 2024 between 5.30pm to 7.30pm.

2 – All Entries for the Show must be received by the Secretary or a delegate in the South Alive foyer and be prepared on the table provided, before being placed by a steward in South Alive by 7.30pm on the evening before the Show, ready for judging.

3 – Entrants must reside in Post Code 9812. All entries must be grown by the Entrant or brought to show by representative.

4 – Each Entry will be supplied with a Sticker which identifies the Section, Class and Entry Number. This will be securely attached to the entry

5 – Vases and saucers will be supplied.

6 – Judging will start at 9.00am Saturday 5 October 2024, open for public viewing 10.30am.

7 – If in the Judges view, entries do not reach a sufficient standard, prizes may be adjusted.

8 – Judges decisions will be final.

9 – Entries are not to be removed before 3.00pm on the day of the Show and may be removed after 3.20pm. Any entries left after 4pm will be dismantled and donated locally.

10 – There is no limit to the number of entries per person but no more than 2 entries per class per person.

11 – First time competitors may receive some assistance regarding presentation.
